applying under 3yr rule marriage

we have 3 year irs transcripts for joint taxes

quarterly bank statements

more than quarterly rent receipts

lease copy

internet electricity bills

copies of id's and socials showing same address

copies of debit and credit cards showing same account number under both names

credit card statements

itinerary of flights taken together

Is sending NOA and pictures of relanrelationship needed? Is sending  my latest paycheck helpful? is sending each other as emergency contact from employment helpful? I would think the last one isn't as is very easy to put anyone as your emergency contact ...

thank you!

Also I work as a representative for a  company that uses an online system to submit hours and receive paychecks, the online system  belongs to a staffing agency  located in a different state. So my paycheck shows the address of staffing agency (far away state) but the contractor is a brand and the place where i perform assignments is near my address and in my city...

Confusing right? but technically the employer is the staffing agency located on a different state. So that is the address that goes as my employer address on my taxes

But the work is performed near my house in my city in a specific location.

When it asks for my position, should I say I am a representative that work for bla bla staffing agency but performs the duties in blabla place located in my city?

and perhaps send a pdf that shows such information while logged in the system? When I log in to input hours shows the location where work is performed.

And when it asks for my employer address I am assuming I just give the staffing agency address ? Not where the work is performed?

thank you!

Nevermind my comments guys...

I ended up sending the NOA and uploading all the evidence I had even tho it looks like a mess cause their upload system is so glitchy so is all scattered and some stuff double uploaded but it is what it is....

Hope I did all right lol

Good luck everyone

For your employer's information use the name and address that appear on the W-2 (or 1099) that your employer sends you at the end of the year.

At this time we are not able to apply for N400 online, is that correct? I have browsed through the site and there is no online option I can find. I created an online account and N400 is not available to be filled and submitted online, or am I missing something?

My wife just got her interview letter yesterday. At the time of submitting the N-400 my wife's I-751 was still pending because the CSC moves slower than molasses in January. Because of this, I was concerned that we'd have to have a dual interview and bring mounds of paperwork with us to prove our relationship at the time of her citizenship interview. However, her letter says nothing about me coming with her. Does that mean it won't be a dual interview? Has anyone here had a dual interview? Do they specifically mention that in the letter if it's needed? I'm assuming so, but just wanted to make sure.

for applying under 3 year rule:

Did anyone upload the receipts of their ROC NOA?

 is it necessary ?

I applied before receiving my 10-year GC but after got approval letter on ROC.

At the time of application I uploaded my expired 2-year conditional GC, extension letter for that GC, approval letter for ROC. About week later uploaded 10-year GC once received it in mail.

As for the evidence of marriage, I uploaded only lease agreements and joint tax returns (the latter serves double purpose as a proof of continuous tax payments).

I might be wrong, but I think that all evidences of marriage will not be actually reviewed up until the interview. Even the on-line form (and paper form) says that you don't  have to submit it in advance, just bring it for the interview. When I was at my AOS interview I got a strong impression that officer had not looked through my evidences before, as she was going through them thoroughly one by one right in front of me.

This additional evidence-uploading in advance, IMHO, serves only as help for you to keep it organized and see which documents need to be updated by the time of the interview.

When you just created your account it will not show you N400 application option. Open your account, look at the right panel, there should be a menu (with fine faint blue scripts :)) that has “Explore my option” link. Click on it, then on that new webpage look at the left, choose what you are (LPR), and what you want to do (Become a citizen). Then you’ll see 3-4 options, including “Apply for citizenship N400”. Click – will be the page with green button “Apply on-line” on the right.

God knows why they made it so difficult to find, I guess USCIS wants to emphasize that citizenship is only for chosen ones who are willing to spend hours exploring the maze of their website.

From what I've heard of others with a pending ROC, they only get the one standardized N400 interview letter.  According to what I've read here, the spouse is expected to attend the ROC portion of the interview, and then they are asked to leave the room when it comes time to adjudicate the N400.

I would suggest you accompany your wife and at least wait in the waiting room incase you are called upon by the IO.

Here is the website: https://my.uscis.gov/exploremyoptions

Tricky to find and I wouldn't have found it on the USCIS website if it weren't for finding this topic. I recommend you read this thread as it provides information needed to apply online.

Good luck!
