Yes, four months out of each year.  Re-reading the dates you have above and how the years overlap, you should be fine with what you are sending.

I didn't want to start a new topic on this but does anyone know how to remove an online case from your profile?

 

Long story short, I applied online but I ended up withdrawing my application for a legitimate reason at an InfoPass appointment. The IO said I can apply as soon as possible again but the online portal isn't allowing me to add a second N400. I wonder if I should make another account and apply or am I stuck with the paper application now?

I was able to delete a N400 draft, but I haven't applied yet...

Can I manage (add, delete, etc.) receipt numbers listed within my account portfolio?

Yes, you have full control of the portfolio associated with your account. You may always add or delete receipt numbers within your account portfolio. Once you login into the site, you can manage your portfolio by selecting the "My Portfolio" menu item on the left-hand menu.

I feel awful dragging this topic along but they must have got rid of the delete option as I don't see it on my profile.

 

The NCSC number is pretty unhelpful so I suppose I am now left with going in for an InfoPass appointment.

Open another email address, and then use that email address to open a new account?

Trying to brainstorm what might work for you instead of waiting to try to get an InfoPass appointment...honestly I don't even know if they would be able to assist you with a tech issue/website issue, and may just tell you to reach out to the online support people as you already have done.  :/

Is there any limitation to number of documents that can be uploaded to support marriage evidence for online filling of n400? System does not let me upload more than 5 documents. Please advice.

Sometimes the uploading portion can be glitchy..no, there is no limit.

A good rule of thumb as noted by several VJ members (myself included based on my own experience with the online system), is to upload all of your documents in one sitting----in other words, don't upload a few on one day and then come back the next day to upload more.

 

Extra documents can be uploaded in the "Additional Evidence" section, as well.

oh, mine seems to be messed up. It does not even delete documents and every 6th document I try to enter shows an error message that USCIS website is temporarily unavailable. However, it ends up reuploading the first 5 documents. I do not want to delete the draft and populate all fields all over again. Am I doing something wrong? I am using Google chrome browser.

Yeah duplicate uploads happens alot it seems---my marriage certificate uploaded a total of 6 times even though I tried repeatedly to delete the duplicates.

In the end, I just left them as is----because the main outcome was the documents attached correctly, in the end, no matter how many times.
