Since your application is based off of your marriage over the past 3 years, you shouldn't leave out statements covering 2 of those years....chances are you would receive an RFE for those documents if you left them out, which could delay your case by a couple of months at least.  So my suggestion is to send at least a few from each of the three years.

The unemployment deposits won't affect your application since it was the USC spouse getting those benefits, not you.  Again, they are not looking at the type of income from the statements, they are looking at the continuous use of the bank account to prove co-mingling of finances.

I do have a doubt tho, if I was to use medical, would it affect my application at all?

or if I was to claim unemployment, would it also?

I am employed so the second is just a curiosity but the first is because we been under medical for 3 years and I have a throat infection that I wanted to take care of but was scared using medical might affect something...

Cool. Not sure why you’d ask if you didn’t want the answer. But hey I’m not the one trying to cherry pick my documentation.

I just asked if we had to follow the order of january/april/august/dec for quartely or if we could pick the months that's all. Nothing to hide here but hey if that makes you feel happy inside you can speculate and judge all you want... if it makes you happy

It does nothing for me one way or the other. I couldn’t care less. But if you’re asking on a public forum whether withholding information because it might be looked at in a negative way is a good idea, you’re sure to get responses suggesting that you should probably be honest.

You sound very defensive. That’s unfortunate.

Thank you!!

I didn't meant not send for 2 years, I just wanted to pick the 4 months myself instead of going by order so it would show months of most income that's all.

I don't think you could do that, it should be consistent and sufficient, not cherry picking "4 random months which would show your most income."

I believe you could try to send 4 recent months.

Hi, Thank you for your reply, we will do that!

But regardless, all the bills/ rent receipts/ tax transcripts will be quarterly and we have the month to month copies in case they ask for it, I was just wondering if the bank statements had to follow synchronicity or could be picked random that's all.

For the ease of your application, and for it to prove continuity of co-mingling finances (which is an important factor), you would be better off spreading them out quarterly over the past 3 years.

If you mean Medicaid---there is normally a 5-year waiting period before LPRs can become eligible to receive Medicaid benefits.

If you mean your own private health insurance (or health insurance that covers you through your spouse's employment), you are fine to use it.

Well something isn't right.  My credit card sent me notification that transaction had been made and approved just after I applied.  This morning nothing is there on my credit card pending payments nor on my transactions.  I have no email nor update on my USCIS account.  Does this mean it has been rejected?

Ok just edited to say transaction does appear.  Apparently my statement closed on that particular day.  Lord have mercy I was all in a tail spin then!!!

Hey thanks again!

It is MediCAL which is the california medicaid... I been covered by them for 3 years with my US citizen spouse. I never told them I am a citizen, I actually had to provide proof of immigration when applied so they have my GC copies and know I am not a citizen... So is confusing for me also..

We don't pay anything is all ''free'' because of income.

Also for evidence, do you think we have enough?

Joint checking and savings statements for 10/17 07/17 03/17 ----12/16 08/16 04/16 01/16 -----   12/15 08/15-04/15 01/1 -------12/14.

IRS Married filling jointly transcripts for 16/15/14.

Lease copy

Rent receipts for 6 months of 15, 6 months of 2016, 6 months of 2017. (spread out by 2 months each)

quarterly internet bills for 2016/2017

quarterly electricity bills for 15/16/17

Invoice of airplane trips taken together 1 out of contry 1 domestic.

Is that enough evidence?  We have more stuff like shipping labels/cards from family sent to our address/pictures/papers in our dogs/emergency contact numbers of each other in work records.    Should I bring those extra for interview or are they irrelevant?

Thank you very very much!

USCIS requires all 3 previous filing transcripts, not just one year.  You have to send in the 2015 and 2016 transcripts as well, or you will get an RFE for them.

Hi, yes by 15/16/17 I meant the yearly transcript of 2016, 2015 and of 2014.

I think I am a bit confused, isn't quarterly the statement of January/April/August and of December ?

If not would you mind telling me what it is? Thank you
