I had the same issue too. My priority date is one day earlier than received date. I filed exactly on the first day of eligibility. I used USCIS online calculator and even verified the date with N-400

that's odd. I am applying within 90 days, I answered the questions and was able to proceed. Paid the fee and was issued a case number,

Convert it to a zip.file?

If you are applying for a fee waiver, you are ineligible to file online...since payment must be completed at the end for the application to be properly submitted.

 

One of the eligibility questions at the beginning of the online application is whether or not you are filing for a fee waiver.  

 

You will have to submit your application by paper via mail.

Yes, take it with a grain of salt---my interview is next month and it's still saying my estimated case completion is 11 months from now.

Hello,

 

I was about to mail in my application then I saw this thread YAY! I had no idea you could apply online and would have done so a long time ago. Anyways, I'm applying for citizenship based on being a resident for more than five years. I had a legal name change so I have uploaded my marriage certificate and my divorce decree. My question is, do you think I should include a cover page and enclosed both those documents or upload each individually without the cover page? My thanks in advance for any help.
