Administrative Processing

Hi,

I went for interview on 6th of April 2017, and they put me in Administrative Processing status. Sent all the details required (example : where i've had travel in past 15 years, where I've been stayed for past 15 years, and also where I've been working for past 15 years.) on 7th of April 2017 and its over 60 days, status still the same.

Anything i could do? email them and they ask to wait and it say need to wait 90 days instead of 60 days.

Any advice and should i be worry?

Presently, nothing much that you can do. AP can take as little or as much time as they want. If they tell you to wait 90 days then wait it out and contact them as soon as the 90 days is over. They are probably doing a bunch of thorough verification.

I read online and some ppl wait so long and even few years for this AP but they are not Malaysian. Hopefully everything will be fine. Anyone from Malaysia facing same issue?

Yeap, that's true. And that has nothing to do with one's nationality

AP can be anywhere from a few months few weeks few days or few years! Lets hope it doesn't get to the years part! Good luck 😊
