Hi everyone! Can anyone please give me info or share your experience if you have been on the same situation as mine.

My son went on his interview last June 5, 2017 and he didn't pass his interview said that they couldn't established a relationship and maternity DNA was requested. They said that they will call/email me within a week after the interview for the DNA instructions. (I am here in San Diego, CA and son is in Philippines)

My questions are:

1. How long did it take you to receive the email instructions for DNA?

2. Do I need to wait for the email or I can go straight to  Immigration Accredited Lab and just my son's case #?

3. How long did it take for the whole DNA process until the my granted the Visa?

4. Does my son needs to go for another interview?

5. Did you need to contact the Manila US Embassy? How fast do they answer?

Thank you very much for you time answering.
