Hello.  My partner was filling out her G-325A form today and we had these questions.  I searched online and could not find sufficient answers.  WHen she attempted to fill out the form on the computer there was not enough room for her to type her employer's name and address.

When she did the form in Black Ink some of her answers went outside the box.  Will they send the forms back if some of the answers slightly go outsode the box.

Also......  She has to put places in Brussels and Antwerp on her form.  She spells these Bruxelles, and Antwerpen.  Will this be OK?  Or would they need to be spelled Antwerp and Brussels?  I was just wondering if these would hinder our process.

And thank you for your insight and input.

There's no need to complete G-325A any more - all the information is entered on the latest edition of I-129F now.

Strange combination - but French and Flemish names should be no problem. I had addresses in 's-Gravenhage on my forms rather than the The Hague.

Just to share with you and in case you need to resend a new one, if you're a filer prior to the new I-129F form, each time you don't have enough space for an item, you'll need to add a separate sheet of paper with the following details:

Top corner:

Petitioner name

Alien beneficiary name

Allen registration number (state none unless there's one)

Title:

Continuation sheet for Form (form number)

Part number

Item/question number

Body:

The information that couldn't fit in the form field

If it's the I-129F, petitioner to sign and date the page at the bottom. If it's the alien beneficiary's own G-325A, beneficiary to sign and date instead.

Now with most of the updated forms these days, USCIS has added the additional information pages where one just put in the page, part and question number into the respective boxes with lines for the relevant information therefore continuation sheets are no longer needed.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
