My mother got scammed by a man on match.com who was pretending to be a love interest in hopes of scamming her out of money. She figured this out and he told her his real identity is a man in Nigeria who makes money as a scammer. He has brain washed her and she is now offering him to come live with her in America if he can get a visa. How do I block is visa since he his an admitted scammer, committed identity fraud, and is preying on my mother?

He will not be getting a visa but will most certainly run into a string of problems that require her money to help with.   There is a group about romance scams.  And a book called  " I do not come to you by chance"  that you should encourage her to read ( tell her it is so she can get to know more about the culture)

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
