unless the question asks for more than one answer, the rest are always one of the them

if it said name 3 holidays or 3 states that belonged to the union or 3 tribes of Indians

if not, the answer is only one of them

Congress or the legislative branch would work. the Senate or house of representatives can not make laws on thier own, any law passed by one must be approved by the other. with the exception that all tax laws must be proposed by the house of representatives and then approved by the senate.

hi

not correct, all the answers on the citizenship are correct, it is a matter of choosing one or the other, some questions require only one answer, others more than one

so if one answer is the Congress and the other is the Senate and the House of Representative, the sum of both make the Congress. the answers on the test are worded differently

you'd have to have taken the citizenship test to know that all answers are correct, just worded differently

So my wife just finished her interview. She passed the civics quiz, but the officer still requested MORE evidence. It didn't say anything on the interview letter about providing more evidence. Shouldn't that have come before the interview letter was sent out? Seems like a waste now to have taken the interview.

The interview letter should have come with Form N-659 "Naturalization Interview Document Check List" that lists the additional forms to bring to the interview depending on the application type. Obviously it wouldn't help you guys now but I'm sharing my post on this again for future reference if someone needs:

Yeah never got that. Just got the interview letter and was advised by the letter to bring the letter itself, PR card, marriage and my birth certificate and my wife's passport. Mentioned nothing about tax returns or more evidence. Such a waste of time. I'm debating weather to make a complaint or weather it's moot.

VJers complained about not receiving this form in the past too. Not sure why they are not doing a more consistent job sending it out. It is not posted on the official USCIS website either, when you google it a bunch of links come of but all from 3rd party websites. These instructions are also written in the N400 instructions document but given that it takes several months to get to the interview, not many people would go back and read those instructions again.
