Good Day All,

I received instructions from US Embassy what to bring during interview day, one is Petitioner recent taxes, I already have my husband's tax transcript from 2014-2015. He already sent for 2016 tax recently, we don't have copy for 2016, we trying to call and email the accountant but he was not answering, but we have copy receipt for US Postal that proof that my husband sent off already. Me and my husband are currently in Kuwait. He's working in US contractor job here in Kuwait.

My interview is this week, my question is "What I'm gonna bring to US embassy regarding Petitioner recent taxes? " I have the W2

Thank in Advance and God bless you all.

If you don't have the tax transcript for 2016, then you can send the 1040 plus W2s.

For reference, you can request the tax transcripts online and print them out. I don't know when he filed, but they may be available already:

NOTE: The IRS website linked above is undergoing maintenance right now (per the alert on the first page above). It is scheduled to be back in the afternoon.
