I-751 Abuse Waiver

Hello everyone! Last  month I posted on here about my story , abuse etc and decided to file VAWA. However  in the midst of collecting evidence and leaving my husband, my AOS has been approved without interview and now have conditional green card. I know I can submit 1-751 on bases of abuse however when will I be able to do this? I read in the I-751 instructions that due to it being a waiver you can submit anytime when you receive conditional green card and that you do not have to wait for 3 months before 2 years anniversary. Does anyone have any experience on this or be able to advise me. I don't want to submit it too soon if it will be a problem. thank you

As stated by the Immigration Law if the immigrant spouse was subjected to extreme cruelty or the person was battered then the immigrant can submit a form I-751 without waiting two years. You can file the petition at any time after you are granted conditional resident status.
