Thank you in advance to anyone that can point me in the right direction here...

My Uncle & his fiancee (December filers) finally had their case ready and scheduled their interview on Thursday for next Monday. The fiancee traveled from Santiago to Santo Domingo, DR on Friday to have her medical done and they refused to see her. She had copies of the CEAC site showing "Ready", DS-160 & Interview Confirmation pages. They refused to see her, saying they need an interview letter (P4). Has anyone been in this situation? Any suggestions? She's going to try again on Monday but now they're really pushing it.

SN: We were just approved last month & did not have to go through this hassle. We never even received this document they are requiring. <_<

Thank you again for your time!

my wife had to show her fingerprint receipt.

Thank you for this @ricpope. Their VAC appointment isn't until Friday...I'll see if moving up their date will help any.

Uggh, this is so frustrating that they don't even follow their own posted rules.

Same thing happened to me this morning. I brought my interview confirmation, Ds160, case number etc. But they requested me to bring the document issued by the Dominican Consulate that they have received the case... it should have my name and case number on it. they say the petitioner is supposed to get it by email or mail. So I am waiting until my fiance gets the letter by email so I can go back.
