Additional Info Page on I-129F

Hi All,

I'm brand new here and I'm doing the Form I-129F for the first time (I was proposed to by my British boyfriend on May 13, 2017). He's visited twice in the last year, my family has met him, we have pictures, ticket stubs, etc but both he and I have quite a few places we've lived and worked and I'm confused as to what to put for the "Number" section on Part 8: Additional Information. Right now I have it filled out as Page Number 2 Part Number 1 Item Number 13-20 (as one example). Also, there wasn't always enough lines to follow the ABCDE format of the actual questions. How strict are they when it comes to filling this out? Does it need to be perfect?

Also, we have a lot of empty boxes because neither of us has ever been married, we don't have kids, and neither of us have applied for anything like this. Do I leave those boxes blank or put N/A?

Thanks so much for the help - I'm going to continue to try to search through the information here too.

Lydia

For the additional information section you don't need to follow that format  (a,b, etc.) That's not directed in the instructions  (see below). You just need to get the info on there.  If you don't have enough space add more copies of that page, just cross out old, and add new page numbers.

Alternatively use a blank page.

Instructions:

"If you need extra space to complete any item within this petition, use the space provided in Part 8. Additional
Information or attach a separate sheet of paper; type or print your name and Alien Registration Number (A-Number)
(if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer
refers; and sign and date each sheet."

For boxes that don't apply to you.

" If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been
married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise
directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many
children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed".

Definitely follow the N/A and none instructions. RFE'S are somewhat common for incorrectly doing that part.

What I did for additional information, like addresses wouldn't fit I just wrote see attachment. Then I put all the addresses on the sheet of paper with the part number it's in reference to.

So if I wrote N/A in a space that I could've wrote "None" is this going to call for an RFE?
