So this whole processing is making us so stress out ! Our case has been active for 109 days today.. I don't really understand what's making it delay or long.. They said it's case to case basis but our case Isn't that even complicated, We are both single and never been married and he is in the military.. Does anyone who have noa1 on the 22nd of february have their noa2 already??  Thank you for your answers ❤

While I'm not sure what's causing the delay, I hope you receive your NOA2 soon   It really stinks that their tracking system is not updating properly at the moment so makes it even harder to tell what's your case status if any.

 

Maybe you can consider signing up for USPS Informed Delivery so you'll get a scan of your incoming mails for the day and you'll be able to tell in advance if a USCIS letter is coming your way.

109 days is nothing. I've been waiting for almost 200 days for my NOA2 (Nebraska Service Center). Now I am waiting for NVC (1 month left).

So you've been waiting not that long yet. Be strong and just wait.

That actually even made it harder for us to track the case when they had to down system the tracking applications.. and we tried signing up on the USPS app but it won't let us see if we have a mail since we are using his base address or his current duty station.. Thank you so much for the help! 😊

Wow! I had no Idea that it can even take that long..Our case is in CSC and you are right just be strong and be positive no matter how stress it is It will be worth it and we will be glad thay we didn't give up..Have a good day 😊

If you filed for CR1/IR1, then yeah, I know. Well, according to the VJ processing times stats, CSC is the most slowest center.. The average timeframe to get NOA2 is 282 days: http://www.visajourney.com/content/ir1cr1historical

So, take a breath and plan it right.

Mine was around 111 days I think. You're well within the average processing time. Others have waited well over 6 or 7 months for noa2. Just be patient, I know it's hard, but we've all been through it.

Don't stress, that's the worse you can do. My NOA2 took 139 days to be approved. No RFE's, both of us never married, no kids, he has a good job well paid so..yep. Just think that if you are at 109 days, it should not take that long before you get already your NOA2!

This thread is in the K-1 forum and only CSC process I-129Fs for K-1s. The processing time at CSC for I-130s for CR-1/IR-1 has nothing to do with the processing time for I-129Fs.

Are you following the February 2017 filers? There are several of us still waiting for the K1 visa  NOA2....I'm at day 128  (I think....I stopped counting to save my sanity)

Actually we had aour NOA1 dated Feb. 21 and until no update yet my US citizen fiancee called the customer service but they replied "No Decision Yet". I felt what u feel but we have no choice but to wait.

You gotta be patient and believe me this is nothing compared to mine, it took 670 days to get approved! Can you believe it! 670 days which means a year and 10 months.
