you don't need to answer here but just think of your answer. why would they need to give you a waver for your wife if you are not even living in the us. greencards based on marriage are supposed to bring families together which is hard to do when your living abroad.

I make a heck of a lot more money outside the US than I would in the US. Like I mentioned before, they were visiting my family when baby fell ill. He was air-flighted even. Seriously, hours from death because of tainted blood.(acidosis)

Sending mother out with baby is putting a USC in direct harm....There has to be some waiver for this.

Actually it does, and if you aren't going to off any positive advice, please refrain from commenting further.

I think the most positive advice for you is to seek the help of a VERY good immigration attorney...

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No, no waiver, no way for an underage child to petition.  None, nada, nyet, nien

Does not matter.

You can be here to take care of your child.  That's the way, the US Government looks at it.

Then if I come home and get on welfare because can not work being a FT caregiver for baby...doesnt sound like the government is looking at the big picture here.

Cool your jets.

While this matters to you, it doesn't to the US Government.

You are getting accurate advice.  Sorry that it's not the positive advice you want.

If you want people who are trying to help you from refraining from commenting, then good luck because you are not going to get the answer you want from anyone who knows anything.

Or you'll get a schiester lawyer

There isn't.  So stop striking out at people that are trying to help you.

Then go for a waiver.

PS the ToS is my bible, it should be your too.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
