It's interesting if Bernie is trying to start a trend of normalizing religious litmus tests, if you recall, since the Robert Bork era, it was the left who institutionalized leftist ideological standards into a judicial nominee process that used to be nearly entirely about how the ABA (American Bar Association) viewed their fitness according to how well a job they did regardless of political views. This is just another attempt to change things to fit the lefts agenda.

I didn't see anything Bernie said that violates the constitution. He was questioning a person abut his fanatic religious beliefs and public comments condemning people of other religions, I applaud him for it.

 

If Vought was a Muslim who had previously condemned all Christians, what would your stance on this line of questioning be?

You see the way leftists are permissive to breaking laws, so violating the Constitution only seems reasonable when it's something they don't like.. just like with the second amendment.
