CIudad Juarez DHL tracking number

My husband and I have been in CIudad Juarez since 5/31/17, he had his medical exam and biometrics on 5/31 and 6/1. His visa appointment was on 6/2 and he received the approval. His visa status was changed to issued on 6/5 and we are still awaiting the DHL tracking number. Can anyone who has completed the process recently notify us of your wait times and dates? It would be much appreciated! Our 2yr old son has been sick with a fever for 4 days and we would like to return home very soon!

You guys should stop by the DHL office to see if your packet is already there. They don't always scan the packet and you won't receive a tracking number right away even though it's already there. That happened to us last month. I waited 4 days after my interview and still didn't receive a tracking number, so we just went to the dhl office and my packet was already there. Good luck!

Thank you, so much for your response! I will have him go there again today! We went on Tuesday and they said they need the waybill tracking number and can't look into it until 5business days have passed. We have called the call center multiple times and they still say no tracking number but should be shortly. His DHL pick up is for the same place he did his biometrics (fingerprinting) we were told that is usually the fastest. Where was your pick up location? Two other people that we know of have already picked up their packets on 5/6 and had their interview same day as my husband on 5/2. Thank you for your help and advice!!!!

Ours was at the Lopez Mateo location. When the security guard asked me at the door if I had the waybill number I lied and told him yes, they let me in and when I got to the person at the desk I told them I couldn't t load the webpage with my info and he just asked for my passport number and went to get it from the back room. I'm sure yours will be there soon because I also heard it's faster at the CAS fingerprint location! You're welcome, I hope the info helps
