I posted this already but had no response. Just wondering if anyone can offer some assurance that the below will be sufficient evidence to take to the AOS interview:

* Letter inviting us to interview

* All the correspondence sent from USCIS such as NOA, EAD letter, service request responses etc

* My passport, birth certificate, social security, TX drivers license (if I get one in time), EAD card

* My husband's passport, birth certificate, social security, drivers license

* Marriage certificate

* Wedding photos and cards with family members (his)

* Our lease agreement

* Joint bank statements

* Bills from our vet with both names (though mine is a maiden name from before we married)

* Statements from a couch we bought on finance with both names and our address on

* Car insurance with both names

* Truck title on truck we bought with both names and address

* Tax return where we have filed jointly

* Utility bills in my name (he really upset Austin Utilities and they wouldn't allow him to open an account - that's a long story!) to our address

* Husband's financial information for affidavit of support (already submitted with AOS packet)

* Copy of our entire AOS packet

* Printouts of email correspondence between us

* Letters and cards from his relatives and friends back home addressed to both of us, including an invite to a wedding in London

* Photos of our ongoing relationship including with friends and family

* My medical papers from London K1 exam in August last year including envelope with cd in (opened at POE)

* Husband's divorce decree from previous marriage

* My I94

* Copy of our entire K1 packet including original photos and boarding passes, cards to one another etc

This is enough, provided that there aren't any big red flags in your case that you could address with additional evidence. My husband and I brought similar, albeit fewer, pieces of evidence to our recent interview in San Antonio. The officer retained evidence pertaining to financial commingling, co-residence, and employer-provided benefits listing the foreign national as the beneficiary. Our evidence didn't go too far back because we've been married for less than a year.

Your interviewer might be different but I think you're good to go.

My impression is that this was a relaxed field office. I was thrown off by the fact that we hadn't been scrutinized more closely. There were a few red flags that should have been addressed to see how genuine our responses sounded, if only out of respect for rigor. :P Maybe I'm just a jerk.

Good luck!

* Part of my suspicion that San Antonio is a relaxed field office is based on comments by a fancy lawyer my husband and I saw for a pre-interview consultation. We filed our packet without legal support but had a few last minute questions. The lawyer might be wrong (he's not your interviewing officer) but he's been practicing for a long time. Anyway, take that with a grain of salt. :)

That list sounds very complete. The only other thing I would recommend is to bring copies of original documents (ie, birth certificate) in case the officer asks for them to add to your file for further review. Also, not required, but it helps to have duplicates of any photos you can give to the officer for later review.  Also make sure that all documents you use as marriage evidence you can hand over. My wife and I had our interview several weeks ago and the officer asked to keep our tax transcript, bank statements, and some photos to add to our file.

Don't forget your tax return or transcripts from 2016. You can add joint credit card statements but you have enough. K1 package not needed.
