I traveled during my naturalization.  You will be asked about any international travel during the interview.  Keep travel documentation to show the duration of your trip.

15 days should be fine.

Good luck

Same here - my husband and I traveled to Spain after submitting N-400 and were gone almost 2 weeks. Just make sure you know the dates and bring them with you to the interview. The officer will ask you if you've been outside the US since submitting the application and he/she will record any dates.

As others have said, just keep a list/record of your travel dates for your future interview.  Also make sure you do your biometrics appointment before you go (as a walk-in if you're scheduled for that while you're away)
