Bank of America accepts even if your on tourist visa

No they don't. Tried to open up an account for a visitor on b2 couple of weeks ago. You have to have either a student visa or some sought of utility bill or ead in your name to qualify.

Add your spouse to what ever accounts you can. What will really help is pictures of your visits and affidavits from family members. Have people that know your relations write about it. You'll have to have them sign the affidavits and notarized. There are a few templates online if you need help with what they should say.

The branch close by me doesn't! I guess the staff let you open it for reasons best known to him or her but it's on their system that people on b2 visas do not qualify. I have been banking with BOA for close to 10 years. I opened my account with a student F1 visa in 2008

So this is a pre-planned/arranged marriage with the intention of using a tourist visa to enter the country and get married then subsequently file for adjustment of status. Right?

@CookieCat Please take a look at this and see if this violates VJ's policy. Thanks.

If she entered the US with a tourist visa with the intention of getting married, then she has committed visa fraud.

Just because she's already here does not alter that fact.
