Almost in the same situation.

I am going to marry some one on b1/b2 who will open joint bank account and include name on bills later after marriage. So in that case we will only have pictures, witnessess, and marriage certificate as a evidence because banks may not open joint account for visitor and utility companies may not add her name without social security number.
Please help and inform will pictures, witnessess, and marriage certificate as a evidence will be accepted and enough at the moment?

I've been living apart from my husband since marriage but included the items I listed above in bullets.  No issues or RFEs, and approved in March.

The samples I bulleted out above do not require any identification from the intending immigrant - simply their name, date of birth, address, phone number, and/or email correspondence.   Adding them as a named user on your credit card account (by "named" i mean authorized user) or designating them as a beneficiary are easy to achieve without SSN or ITIN.

Attached my table of contents and sample evidence breakout for you.  Hope it helps!

It will take  at least 6 months after you file you paper work before you get an interview. Get married and then start gathering evidence of bonafide marriage. You can then take that evidence with you to the interview. Just add her to your existing account. There is other forms of evidence besides utilities like insurance, retirement fund beneficiaries, affadavits from family, friends and neighbors, emergency contacts from work or school.

This is significant.... If the marriage was arranged before she traveled on a B1/B2 then you may have more questions about her entry during the AOS interview than if it was arranged after she traveled.   Others have said and it's true that after you get married and file for AOS for her you'll have plenty of time to gather evidence of a genuine relationship and to establish that evidence..  But, if the marriage was arranged prior to her entry then you should consider what she said at the POE and maybe ask a few more questions of the members here.  In short you didn't ask about rather AOS would be a potential problem because of the possible perception of  intent to Marry and Adjust so hopefully you've thought this through and didn't ask because you have reason to believe it is a non-issue.

it was not pre planned.

now what do you say ?

Arranged, but not pre-planned?
I don't know what the other poster will say, but in the end, it is up to what USCIS thinks.
Of course, in the end, with a USC as a sponsor, it will be ok
