Hello everyone,

I did my master`s as an international student in New Zealand and now I`m trying to get my NZ police certificate for the purpose of Immigration through DV program. As indicated in the New Zealand Reciprocity Schedule, I must fill in and submit New Zealand Police Clearance Authorization Form to authorize the US consulate in Auckland to obtain my police certificate on my behalf.

Could anyone please let me know if I have to fill in the top right hand side of the sheet where it asks for Requesting Office, Requesting Office Email Address, Applicant Case Number and A# ? Is it not for office use? If not, what are your recommended answers?

Do you think it will be enough if the result will be sent to NVC or I have to do more?

I appreciate if you share your information and experience with me .

Thanks

Again, I don't know the specifics of how NZ handles their police certificates. I was just responding to the part of your question about the fact that you need to have the PC with you at the interview.
