What are reasons or things that might lead to get issued an RFE(s) or something

Hello Yamilet,

There is a (kind of long) thread about K1 RFEs (Request For Evidence) - might want to read through that ...

Basically can be anything from forgetting something critical to wanting more or better evidence...but check it out.. worth the read - so you can rest easier.. =)

i sent

- 9 Photos

- 3 love letters from him

- 6 Boarding Passes

- 2 Itineraries (sp )

- Copies of my passport with dated stamps

- 10 most recent emails

- and i know phone cards mean sh*t to them but i just sent it. hehe

so far so good? i think i have enough primary evidence what about you guys, i mean i dont have hotels or money exchange because i will stay in his house over there and get my family that lives right next door will just exchange the money for me, since some of them do travel over to the states, they do perfer to change the dollars for me , and we change them t the dollar =pesos rate.

the photos, boarding passed, passport stamps will be great evidence. I would save the love letters and emails for the interview stage. At the I-129F stage they really only care that you meet the requirement of having met in the last 2 years, and that intend to get married (though I'm not exactly sure how you prove that).

Although love letters and emails are not really required in I-129F packet, we thought submitting those will help prove something. We even included phone records, money transfer receipts and used call cards. :D

Did you send the originals? or copies? letters, etc.

Copies only especially those that cannot be replaced or reproduced, except for print out emails which can be printed out anytime, anywhere... we need the originals for the interview stage.
