help needed urgently with i 864 for AOS

I was wondering if someone could give me some sound advice about the I 864. my husband is my sponser, and he is self employed, and for the last tax year, his income does meet the guidelines, so thats not a problem. But we have been asked to supply the USCIS with a copy of a W2 or 1099, which is impossible, as he is self employed. has anyone been in this situation before? what should we do?

The instructions on the I-864 form state:

"If you checked box 22(B) (self-employed), you should have completed one of the following forms with your Federal income tax return: Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Business), Schedule D (Capital Gains), Schedule E (Supplemental Income or Loss) or Schedule F (Profit or Loss from Farming). You must include each and every Form 1040 Schedule, if any, that you filed with your Federal tax return."
