She can take a picture and send you the digital file. Then you can print them at home or at some store (CVS, Walmart, etc). 

 

Just make sure that she follows the requirements for the USA visa pictures: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/photos.html#immigrant.

Yes, as Chewbacca mentioned, have your fiance take the picture to requirement specs at the link provided. Then they can send you the digital picture by email. 

 

You can copy it to a flash drive or memroy card and take it to CVS or Wallgreens to have them print the passport photo.

 

You can google for CVS or Walgreens passport photo coupon theres a $2 off coupon.
