Hi everyone!! Once again thank you for all the great help I have gotten from here. I still have a few questions for form i-130:

Form i-130

Part 2, 40a: If you are a lawful permanent resident, complete item 40.a-41:

This doesn’t apply to my husband since he's a citizen, right?

Part 4 13 provide beneficiarys address outside the US:

if I don’t have an address outside the US, should I put “none” or my most recent one (which is over 5 years old)?

Part 4 22 and 60.b: information about beneficiary, date marriage ended:

can I put “current” here since this is my current spouse or should I put N/A?

Part 4 61:The beneficiary is in the united states and will apply for adjustment of status at the USCIS office in:

do I put my current city of residence or Chicago (where I will send application?)

For proof of co-mingling finances: can I attach a copy of our joint gym memebership for proof, as well as joint savings account and lease?

For my joint sponsor:  Where do I put his paper work in the packet? After my husbands i-130 form?
