I-765 Employment Authorization Document (EAD) for K1 Questions 14 and 15

Hi there,

 

I'm a K1 visa holder submitting this form with my AOS.

 

I'm not sure how to word my status for:

Question 14): Status at last Entry (B-2 Visitor, F-1 Student, etc)

Question 15): Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc) 

 

I'm thinking 14) K1 Fiance  15) K1 nonimmigrant

 

Any ideas?

Yes, something like that. I wrote 14) K1 visa 15) K1 visa, applying for adjustment of status

14: K-1 visa

15: K-1 visa holder (even if your i-94 expired).
