Does anyone think there's any validity to this or is it just false advertising or perhaps they don't have their information up-to-date?

As far as I know, Texas no longer processes.…

I-129Fs for a K-1 are handled by CSC by default. It's quite uncommon, but sometimes a case is transferred to another service center.

But the chart is just a reprint/reorganization of the official one from USCIS:

Gotcha. I'm brand new to all of this. Just filed on the 1st  and realized it was probably pointless to pay for signature delivery since TX sends it to CA anyway.

I saw this chart on another website and thought for a second that Texas was again processing and got overly excited because I thought it would stay at their facility.

Thank you 🙂

A little information for you. The Texas Lockbox where K1 petitions are mailed is not the same as Texas Service Center. It is a central intake facility manned by contractors to check that basic things are included, prepare a file, issue a receipt, deposit money, etc. Then they send to a USCIS service center to do the decision making, which at times has been various places or two places. So your timeline saying Texas Service Center isn't really accurate. Lots of people make that same mistake. Your receipt will tell you which Service Center is processing (which seems to be only CSC right now.)
