I think she would have to be removed first since she has a 10yr term from 2014.

Seriously she already had a interlock device on her vehicle and still got a DWI, that is outrageous. You only get a interlock device AFTER you already got a DWI before and they let you off easy. She is another Democrat that is the epitome of "Do what I say, not what I do".
