Hi guys!!

I have a question, my fiance sent me the format of the intent to marry letter For me to sign later on, apparently it was just a simple and plain letter and he did'nt even put in the uscis address on the top left of the letter as well as my own address as the beneficiary. My fault, i trusted him that those are fine and i didnt even research first before mailing him the signed letter( which cost quite expensive) so the question is, will that be considered and accepted by the uscis? Or i have to send him the correct form of the letter?

Thankss!!!

Generally there are addresses on the letters although there are no set guidelines.   There are sample letters here on VJ.

Also, these letters are able to be scanned and do not require a "wet" signature.

I think as long as it says the required information of being willing and able to marry within 90 days, you should be fine.  If your fiance receives an RFE for it, just follow the sample on VJ, print, sign,  and scan it to him.

Exactly as above. Scanned documents from the beneficiary are acceptable.

Generally it's a simple statement as you said. Addressed usually to "USCIS" and the address mailed to.

For the updated "letter of intent" for the interview it will be to the US embassy in Manila instead of USCIS.
