Just note, that while you say your wife can't visit because for a variety of reasons, just the fact she has visited once means she can visit again. She may have to spend a while saving and planning, but there's no way that you'll ever get a spousal visa approved on seeing each other face to face for only 3 days, 3 years ago.

Also as an explanation as to why chatting and video chat isn't enough. You can do this with any person, regardless of if you are in a relationship with them or not. MOST people will not pay to fly across the world, miss work, leave their kids behind, etc for just a friend. Spending the money and taking the time to fly across the world to have some physical presences in each others lives weigh heavily when trying to convince someone your relationship is real.

Also note that marriage to a US citizen does not entitle anyone to a green card or to move to the US, you have to prove the relationship is real within the scope of reason. Not seeing each other for 3 years, marrying after a few months of dating and doing so in the 3 day window she visited, and have nothing else doesn't make for a reasonable marriage.

you have to meet in person within the last 2 years before the interview / they can deny simply for the failure to do this and now you must prove the marriage is bona fida

100% incorrect. This is NOT true for a cr1/ir1 visa, only for a k-1.

It's not correct for the K1 either.  It's within the previous two years before petition filing.  Meeting until visa interview doesn't apply to any visa as a "requirement".  While meeting actual requirements is critical, it is no assurance of a positive result.

I believe enough people have explained to you, that one three-day visit, so long ago, with a marriage that occurred during those three days - after having "dated" via the internet a very short time - was bound to be scrutinized by the consulate in Lagos to the point of denial.

A few questions for you...

How old are your wife's children? Do you have any sort of relationship with them? How did the two of you meet? Who took care of the children during the three days that your wife visited? What was your wedding like? Was it a court wedding? Did your wife get to meet your family when she was there during her short stay? Where in Nigeria do you live, and did you take your wife there, or did the two of you just stay in Lagos?

Our circumstances are very different - in that I have known my husband for 19 years now. But, I too am a single parent. I have no immediate family, and I do have a full time career. But, those things have never stopped me from visiting my husband and family in Nigeria...and it should not be impossible for your wife, ether. Difficult to plan? Of course! But, not impossible to the extent that you two - husband and wife - have had no time together since those three-days during which you were married.

Others have already told you, but I just want to make it clear - responding to the NOIR without having had more time together, face to face, is going to get you nowhere. You need to have time together, and not just three more days. The two of you are going to have to find a way to make some quality visits happen, before you try again.
