Hello a i gave a question.....im a late June filer sent June 19th,received June 26,USCIS paperwork state's June 28th....My VJ timeline has been going up and down from Oct-24/Nov-28....ratger its Oct,Nov,or Dec,How long does the proof of income from work, and bank act.ect.. last? Is it ok to get it now,or should I wait? If i should wait, when should I get it.

I would put that together as close to the interview date as possible.  The tax returns can go anytime since 2017 taxes count be filed by the time you interview.  Pay stubs and bank info should be put together just before the interview.

Thanks for the reply, i probably have more savings than he has so thankfully being outnof work is not too bad short term but I need to find something for the next few months as I am really strict that I want to save month every month for my move.

I cant see NOA2 coming until late November/December so we’ve already submitted the forms with his income and he’s in a good secure job. All his money goes on travelling to see me so the hope is when we’re in one location together we can both save up even more for a home and a car.

Same! We both have savings, but he actually has more than me (he's older and much wiser :) ). We've both been putting aside since the beginning for expected expenses for this process, and tried to split things down the middle so it isn't mostly, or all, on one person. And of course, traveling. He's visited me more times, but it's always way cheaper for him to come here than me going there, so it still kinda balances. I'm saving up for (hopefully the last before he's here for good!) a trip there after the beginning of the year, and I'm trying to make that the last big expense for a while outside of stuff for the process. I know it'll cost when he gets his visa, when moving day finally comes, etc. Long distance ain't cheap!!! :|

Good luck to you two! It's stressful enough without job or money concerns, but I like to think everything (including finances) will settle and possibly get easier once this is all behind us and we're all together with our people happily ever after. :)

Håll ut, y'all.

Oh! This is fantastic, I did not know this was an option!!  I'll talk to my fiance and we'll probably give that at try.  Thanks so much!  :)

Good question...I just looked at the digital copy, it says Form I-129F 04/10/17 N, expires 08/31/2018.  We probably assumed that was the latest version and didn't think to look any further.

The typos are so minor and so obviously an oversight, we were hoping they'd notice that and allow us to correct them at the embassy, as I have heard happens from time to time.   Especially considering that everything else about our petition is quite straightforward. In fact I'd say our petition is going to be one of the more boring ones they'll be looking at probably, which I imagine is a good thing? :P

Meanwhile, we can try to address the typos as the poster quoted above yourself suggested as well.

Thank you for your help and support, it's much appreciated! :)

Hey guys,  NOA1 date of june 6th here,

I will be transitioning into a new job with a new company in 2 weeks... should I update my employment history on this site as well?  is there an option to do so?  What are my other options?  <3  Thanks everyone!

With grace,

Lisa

So then they deleted their account some time in the last 24 hours? Cause surely they had to update to NOA2 themselves?

Either way - yes, congratulations to them!
