Hey Everyone.

Clare here,
We received our NOA1 on June 8th.
Feels like we've been waiting forever, though i'm sure everyone feels this way.
Can't help the scary feeling that i'm missing something or forgotten something, but only time will tell.
Really just want to get back before christmas!

Unfortunately, that dream is fading fast. I still hold out hope, but I know it will not happen as we are still over a month from NOA2.

Hello fellow Philippine folks, I have this note saved on my phone for a while now, thought I'd share this with you guys. I gathered this info from everywhere like the travel state website, Facebook and VJ forums. :) Feel free to correct if something's wrong and add some of what you've researched as well:

After NOA2 wait for 10-12 days and you can start calling NVC for your case number.

NVC contact number: (603) 334-0700 Press 1 for English and choose option 7, 5, or 2, it worked for most people here on VJ. You can call them Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. EST to 12:00 midnight EST.

If you got the case number which starts with MNL followed by 10 digit numbers, click immigrant and enter the case number, you can check it at:

ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

After checking, make sure the status of your visa are:

AT NVC - meaning your papers still sitting at their office

IN TRANSIT - meaning your papers are on the way to USEM

READY - your papers already received by the USEM

(Others have paid already once they got their case number, some waited for the READY status to appear on the CEAC tracker )

You can start paying your visa fee at Bank of the Philippine Islands. Bring your MRV together with your passport and $265 but you are going to pay it in Philippine peso .

 MRV slip:

 http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/pmisdepositslip.htm?amount=265&country=philippines

For you to be able to have it one bond paper:

Right click and select ALL, right click and select COPY, go to MS WORD, right click PASTE, select ALL and adjust the font size.

Wait for 4-6hrs to validate your receipt, sometimes it takes longer up to 24 hrs, just be patient.

You can set your medical at:

 http://www.slec.ph/

SLEC increased the fee starting Oct 1:

 Php 17,025.00 for adults

14 years old below is Php 9,583.00.

After your medical or whenever you want, you can accomplish the DS160 here..

 https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/Default.aspx

Schedule your interview over here:

 https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

If you wish to attend your CFO seminar while waiting for your interview/medical or once you have your visa, set your appointment at:

 http://gcp-appointment.cfo.gov.ph/

Remember that no more walk in allowed at CFO Manila and Cebu offices, however they still accept walk ins at Pampanga office.

April 28, 2017- I-129F packet sent to Dallas Lockbox

May 1, 2017 - NOA1 Received Date

May 3, 2017 - NOA1 Notice Date

Sept 28, 2017 - NOA2

Anyone applied for a visa and then tried to get an esta?

Hiya,

I'm not sure about applying for a new one, but once you apply it is valid for 12 months.

However, I found this thread where someone did apply for and sera a few months after sending in their petition.

Salamat sa link and info. Sana same lang ang mga links kahit sa ibang bansa i-pprocess. But I still have to attend CFO soon kasi my exit will be at Phils. I need to visit my family first bago magpa-States, if God's will.

You should count from your NOA1 date as that is the only date that matters to the process. So you appear to be at 111.

I meant the NOA1 date !  :D

Not to be a downer, but don't get too excited. That means they did one from May 4. They do not work them in order. The same day a May 4 filer got NOA2, so did an April 26 filer. I think the median date being processed right now is May 1.

How can they tell people they complete them in the order they are received and then not complete them in the order they are received.....?
