They will contact you for additional evidence, it's standard practice.

I just got my first response and it says

Your request for expedited review is being forwarded to the supervisor for review.  We will notify you with a follow up response once the review is completed. Please allow 30 days for the reviewing process.

I am assuming the supervisor will want evidence after they review it?  Seems like it would make more sense to just ask for the evidence at the time of request.

I hate being so detail oriented (#######????).  I just wasted some time figuring out where I am in the process.  Originally the estimate was 105 days to NOA2.  My case has been active for 78 days and and the estimate says I have 70 more days to go.  At 78 days I am just half way through the first hurdle.  So in 78 days I am only 35 days closer by comparison...

OK, back to my regular job....

Hi June filers -- it's been a while since I last posted. Does anyone happen to know if I need to file a change of address for the beneficiary? My fiance has moved addresses in the UK while we wait for the NO2. I know I need to file a change of address as the petitioner if I move. Is it the same for him?

They’ll get to us, use this time wisely, save up while you can still work, see friends and family, sell up, research. The time will come and when it does you will have a loooong wait to come back to see the people you probably could be spending time with.....if you have funds to visit after a spell out of work.

I’m sat chatting to someone on Instagram who is at her medical stage and it’s frightening to hear how little some people know about the country they are moving to and the financial things to consider!

You've made sucha great point here - I've been antsy, anxious and checking my status multiple times a day as if that will make it quicker lol. Made me realize how I should be really enjoying the food, one of the cleanest and safest country I'm living in, before I get my visa approved and life gets crazier.

I would like to hear more about what you meant by "chatting to someone on Instagram who is at her medical stage and it’s frightening to hear how little some people know about the country they are moving to and the financial things to consider! "

These are one of my top concerns when I move out there. I'm educating myself how their pension, national benefits etc. work in the states :s

Sent the papers off on 26/06/17. They received it and i got my NOA1 on 05/07/17 and now waiting the next step. Does anyone know how long until the NOA2?

Right now it is tracking at between 4 and 5 months. Make sure you fill out your timeline and keep it updated. That will give you a decent estimate based on people here. It is better than the USCIS estimate and it is updated often.

Guys,

I've lived in the US for 2 years and I'm wondering if I'll need police background check from the US as well? Or just from my home country?

They don't need the police clearance certificate from the US, they can check that themselves when doing background checks :)

Start with the main K1 page. The first message there talks about the timeline. You will see what it looks like if you click on timeline link under my profile picture. It goes in the profile and it gives you an estimate while also tracking your progress for other later filers.
