Start at WAC1790359260. I have the two before and after me marked as "my cases" and the one right after me got approved. I'm with my fiancé in Turkey and just about had a heart attack when I got the notification, but it wasn't ours.

They aren't fiance visa approvals (I-129F).

 

I think they are work visas or other non immigrant visas.
