Cause if that 's the received date, it would mean they actually updated some 12/1 s in the weekend

Yeah! It's a 12/1 approval but they got the notification on 12/2. Hmmmm....

Yeah it wasn't what I expected - before, I got a text and email the day of and that didn't happen this time. But the Case Tracker app didn't notify my fiancé until the following day, which was a Saturday. So it's possible there were a lot of approvals on Friday the 1st, but notifications just haven't been received yet. Obviously the letter form they send out hasn't been received on my end yet and probably won't be until this week sometime.

 

I suggest checking your WAC # on the USCIS website. When we entered ours in on the site, it tells you the same thing the app does, that it's been approved, whether you've received the NOA2 yet or not.

Yeah most apps are pretty slow.

 

The website is accurate.. Always check the website guys!

Interesting that it didn't trigger an email or text to you, given that you sent in the G1145 form. Please let us know if you ever receive one! Congratulations to you both. x

Exactly, that's what I was expecting. And I got both with our NOA1. If my fiancé didn't have the app, we wouldn't have found out until I got the letter in the mail.
