Yes this is torture. Terrible, just terrible. With no idea when to expect movement, constant delays and receding timelines, it's impossible to make plans or to know when there will be light at the end of the tunnel. It's hard not to feel more and more desperate as time drags on.

 

But all we can do is hang on and hang on. It will happen, we will get there. Even though it sure feels like it, it is not actual purgatory and we will have our turn.

 

Let's hope our friends in California are well rested this weekend and can tackle their workload with a fresh will tomorrow morning.  I know it's not really like this, but these days I imagine rows of visored adjudicators at their desks, sleeves rolled up, tongues peeking from the corners of mouths, peering at photos and receipts and papers and evidence under the light of bankers' lamps, surrounded by teetering mountains of piled petitions towering over their heads.

Hahah nice! We are gonna live in Rockville now!  we’ve got an apartment there for rent starting in January!

That’s great! I miss MD sometimes...came north for family reasons 😊 I see we even have the same NOA1...isn’t it weird how my timeline is 4 days later? I keep telling myself to stop looking as it just get worse and worse!! 🙈

I honestly stopped checking my timeline and estimated dates - it was just stressing me out so much that before clicking I had this kind of “before huge exam” stomachache!  now I’m like ... it is gonna be what is gonna be! If it won’t happen in December then I guess I’ll use psychiatrist service

I am June 12th too and same exact situation. My fiance has called me on Skype with tears in his eyes. He gets out alot because his work is so busy but he is exhausted waiting on this and me too. We have to keep encouraging each other.

Basic fact is, keep your chins up - the days of June 8th and before are starting to turn green, so the time is coming... this week!
