They have to  hit the 12th begining of next week? Right? It would be so great to have good news for my fiancé after her final and practicals next week. 🙏🏼

Well folks,

I am a June 5th filer, thinking my case is approved or RFE’d but nothing yet.

This morningI woke up to a lovely email from USCIS about my RFE.

I woke up my fiancé.

Cried.... and THEN

He said to me.... babe, that’s not our WAC number.

What a morning😒

At least now I know how I’ll feel if we get an RFE😑

I am so sorry, that must have been so difficult emotionally :( at least you have a chance at still being approved soon!

On the app that WAC number states ‘we are reviewing your Petition’ on Nov 4 and on Dec 1 it changed to an RFE. On @Shoegum‘s Nov 7 raw scan it states ‘Notice explaining USCIS’ actions was mailed’ on Nov 4.

My American watched me decorate my Christmas tree over WhatsApp video call last night. Talked about how our trees would look, how our apartment would look... then Ed, my cat decided to hog the camera.

Feeling all warm and excited, I checked my estimate for the NOA2.

😒 28th Dec - Jan 1st. 😒

I got REALLY upset. I wanted to hand in my notice real soon to leave my job, make sure my stuff was sold, personal bits shipped, cat ready, and I was gone by the time my tenancy finishes on my place (Feb 5th). He told me to stop checking it now as he hates hearing how upset I get. This is maddening.  I try so hard to be positive. $525 (or what ever it was) for heartbreak, anxiety, and a lot of tension. 😒

I can see why people phone up and go nuts.

Does anyone know what this actually covers? 😒 Apart from 6+ months of sitting in a box to be looked at for 10 minutes... 😔

hey girl. and you're def not alone <3 we are all in the same little boat!

my brother married a lovely Polish native back in 2010 or 2011 I think.  they live here in PA. and my family all went to their (2nd)  wedding in Poland - was a blast.

somehow the children in my family ( me, my twin sister and my younger brother) have all been blessed with finding our mates internationally (unique I know)  and sticking out the lovely immigration process... my sister in law was sworn in years ago ... my twin sister is still knee deep in this process (since last year) because there are some complications with her fiancé living in Germany being a Nigerian native... I don't know details..  and then theres me,  with my Brazilian man...  with quite a story behind it ---   theres a little about me and WELCOME!

Hey, great to hear that your brother is married to the polish woman:) and yeahh our weddings are a legend. They are indeed at least 2 days (typically) it starts around 6pm till 5-6 AM and then people are getting some sleep and at 10 AM everyone is ready to celebrate again (the second day is not that official but still..), so when I've heard that sometimes the american wedding party is done by midnight or earlier ..I'm like.. whaaaat?? :D
And also, my fiance's sister has just started a visa process with her spanish fiance, soo.. it is becoming more intenrationally as well :)

I know, I made the mistake of looking at my timeline yesterday and it’s gone back 7 days! So disheartening...basically the timeline is estimating over 180 days for me 😭 If it keeps doing this I’ll be into January soon. It does seem like a lot of $$ for someone to spend 15 minutes looking at your case.
