It's been a minute since i last checked back in here. I left for a visit on the 29th October to spend time with my Fiance and the family until mid December so i haven't really been checking to see if any of us June filers have got their NOA2! I do keep seeing my date being pushed back though <_< But i guess i have a plus of being with him and his family for this period to take my mind off the waiting process! I guess my NOA2 will be my christmas gift! *fingers crossed*

I hope you are all hanging in there and going strong with your patience!

I’m extremely angry I called and went ballistic on the USCIS a few moments ago. A couple of points I commented:

-> I find it ironic you are named “services” when they are actually providing a disservice to American citizens

-> I will not accept figures posted on a website they fail to maintain on a reasonable basis. No, you are NOT working on May 1st

-> The current processing time is absurd, and frankly I’m gravely concerned with the management within the USCIS and gross inefficiency on display

-> I will be contacting the White House, the senate and congress about the NEGLIGENCE which has resulted in obscene processing times. This is not about my specific case but about EVERYBODY

-> I don’t want to hear your nonsense about a request to expedite as my experience leads me to believe that it should be called request to do nothing

-> Why are fees required for this heartless, soulless and embarrassing entity to fail to provide even a basic level of service? I should be compensated for your failure

I wasn’t able to stop myself from cursing unfortunately. In the end a change needs to be made, and that has to happen at the top. I know the people on the phones are not the ones with influence on these matters.

Even if my case arrives tomorrow I will still pursue this further, for the benefit of future citizens and immigrants. Even if no change will happen from my one-man mission I promise you I will try.

Sorry @John & Rose I think I failed at the “calm” approach.

I need a beer.

Well if you gave your WAC# and went off on them like that you now might have problems on your case in the foreseeable future, cause all that they have to do is put a nice note with in your case file which you will never know about and you could be denied at one end or the other.

I’ve considered that. These people deal with upset callers constantly, they just give robotic responses. In the end I highly doubt they want to $@&! with me.

I sincerely doubt that you are the only caller to ever complain about their "service".  I hope you feel better because as I was reading your rant i was giving you high fives.  I can't imagine anyone here who hasn't had those same thoughts in their heads.  I thank you for being our surrogate.  Now get that beer and relax.  It is the weekend and next week is another opportunity for them to get this done.

I'm sure they realize it was an attack out of frustration and not a personal attack.  I am guessing that they must have some training on how to deal with irate citizens who are not happy with the level of service our $525 buys.
