No worries my friend.  Deep down I understand that you are not the one actually adjudicating.  I wish you were!  We all know we are close and it really helps to have you on our side.  This is a situation where we really don't have control but we do have access to some data.  When it comes down to it, it can simply be an adjudicator who has to choose between two boxes and he chooses the box without our petitions.  I promise that if you keep telling me it will be each Monday, I will not blame you if it isn't.  I know it will happen and hopefully soon.

 

I speak for myself and I'm sure many others that your positivity has made many a difficult day a little better.  We may be disappointed at the end of the day but we also know that sunrise will bring another day of hope.

because I hired a lawyer on my case 

A good lawyer can assist in making sure you don't get RFEs which adds stress and time to a difficult process. They can't really cut down the NOA1-NOA2 wait.

I do LOVE Squirrel but way too hard to pronounce.. So when I see one with my fiancé I just say " OH.. LOOK!!" he says "What?"

And I'm like "the.. the.. ANIMAL !!" *pointing finger*  ahaha

Personally... my prediction.... PREDICTION would be that they will work quite alot of the 6th today, and then move forward next week to get the RFEs etc started at least with the 12th, as the next 'mammoth' day.
