No, please not two months!!!! I am really hoping NVC and the rest of the process will happen faster in Canada since not only we're closer, the number of applications are much less too. But then again, maybe there's less people working in the embassy here so we may still be facing the same gloomy predicament.

But I want positive vibes, positive vibes, positive vibes. :)

From other Canadians I have followed in May, it is taking a long time there too! I have been sending positive vibes, believe me!

I noticed that Canadian March filers also had a bit of a wait at NVC too. Sorry.

Does anyone remember/know much about the so-called electronic files? I don’t know where in the chain that those speed up the process, or which filers benefit.

Thank you @purplepink and @The Squirrel  :)  (L)

Hey, one good thing is, at least we didn't get an RFE yet, either.

God this is tough...it's like being in Purgatory or something, isn't it :P

What is "long time" ... is it really two months? This is just too painful!

Yeah, it's purgatory alright. Not quite like hell, but definitely not heaven yet. :) I can't wait to be with the love of my life. I will see him in January --- so at least there's something to look forward to before I go crazy.

The cases I have seen have been taking about a month to go from NOA2 to NVC and another month or more to interview date...hang in there! What part of Canada?

I started the DS-160 a few weeks ago...I've been working ahead. Which isn't good since we will have to wait for the NVC number and such. Being a planner is a blessing and a curse.

We’re going to start getting ours ready after next week. Between our waiting (170 days today) and my fiancé’s tesda final exams and practicals next week, we have enough stress for now.

I have to say the last month and a half has been so stressful. Specially knowing friends of ours went through the same process in 3-4 months. But I am thankful for everyone here for to helping keep us positive.

I will do it again tonight, you got it! Problem with your day is the same as it is with my day, a mountain of a day after it. June 12th will suck up most of the workforce from the 9th, just as you have 5th and 6th killing your day. I do however think/believe that you are already done, just not updated, so expect the update soon. More to come tonight after the final numbers from @vocaledge and @Shoegum or @Naes. Until then I will start, and polish up my algorithm machine, for you to fall in love with

I am a firm believer that Filipinas are the most beautiful and caring women on earth.  They have such a capacity for love.  We are lucky!

Thank you for that 🤭
