On my vj timeline it’s says it should be adjudicated between nov 29 thru dec 3 let’s see I’m praying. I have witnessed 2 weddings so far I hope and pray I’m next. I had to dye my hair black from all the gray hairs. I also cancelled my trip I can’t leave my kids for the holidays. ☹️

Is the country a factor on VJ’s calculator?

I wouldn't think so at this stage but it is possible.  A few extra days for review?

Maybe it takes into account other similar cases’ countries?

I was wondering the same thing as I have seen people with the same NOA1 date have different timelines...weird!

I've attached the screenshot of the estimate it shows me, it doesn't really specify the country part at all.

Well my case was approved today!  I filed  June 6th.  It is late here and my fiance and I are celebrating. We are both in the Russian Federation. I have been staying over here with my fiance since day one other than a few short trips home to America. We have been together the entire time. We are excited because now we will go to America and get married and she can meet my family. Russia!!!! Love it!! My second home! I have absolutely no problems with living in Russia! We decided we will go to America get married and give Life a try there. I just wanted to let you all know that I got approved today and I did retain a lawyer. Regardless of what they say about saving money I disagree. The bottom line is an actual lawyer registered with the bar can do things for you if you have problems that a paper filers cannot do. The bottom line is I paid $1,600 for a good lawyer and our application was approved and if I have any problems I have somebody to go back to  that can write letters make phone calls and show up for court. At the end of the day that's a decision everybody has to make but I have no regrets hiring a real immigration attorney. This is a serious matter with serious consequences. It all comes down to how important it is to you. We could not be happier. We are celebrating!!

Congrats. Have a shot of vodka on me!
