If there is a shutdown it can impact all of the Federal Government.  I pray that they put a temporary budget in place but this time around it is much harder to figure out.  It will impact USCIS, NVC and the Embassies.  There are a lot of articles out there talking about it.  This has been on the radar for a long time.  I expected to be at POE within a few weeks so I thought we could slip through.  Now that I'm at day 175 with no end in site, it hurts a bit more.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

You ain't kidding. I asked 3 different times and it got avoided while other questions were being answered..

I'm 353747!  They skipped 6/6 and did 6/8!

Your timeline says your NOA1 received date was 11/23.  You are on day 5.  Is that correct?

No way!  Those go out first.  I believe our box is just with a slower adjudicator!

I edited my timeline and now it says : 


Estimates/Stats : 		Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between December 13, 2017 and December 14, 2017*. 

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Hang in there! They did it to us (June 1st and 2nd) a week ago. They skipped us and started with June 5th.  Your approval is coming this week! :)
