By the way I just realized you said boarding passes. Boarding passes are solid evidence, itineraries are not.

You can get a ticket and cancel it and will still have the itinerary mail.

but boarding pass shows that you rode the plane.

Yes i put boarding pases for last two times i went to Visit my fiance in Mexico. But i didnt realize to save the boarding passes from my first two trips to visit him. :(

Well the sad thing is i never did anything like this. I didn't know i would be submiting a k1 visa. My fiance was here on an H2B visa. Thats how I met him. We met in july 2015. By 2016, we still didn't now if we would be getting married. Until the end of 2016 we decided to get married. Unfortunately, my fiance was not hired this year, so he did not come to the US. We were originally planning on getting married this year, after he arrived here on the H2b visa. But things didn't turn out like this for us. Hence, i submitted the fiance petition. I wish i knew a long time ago that i would be doing this, therefore i would have saved a lot more evidence of us together. 😔

@JSCGPV I'm almost sure I'm blocked by this point 😂😂. Could you please explain the other hard evidences? And why he needs the full passport copies as how it will help...

Oh ok I'm not blocked :)

put all the pages of your passport (yes with blank pages) stamps will show the connection with those passes, and also put the itineraries again with them (try to make a full set of stamp itinerary and boarding pass (as much as you can) and a letter from fiancée. I'm trying to think what else can be put.

edit: if you used web boarding pass you can print those out too.

So you sent:

itiniraries, some boarding passes, pictures (dated and captioned)?

then the best bet is the passports.

did you stay in a hotel? That's good too. That will put you in the country.

We didn't put the blank, just the stamps, pictures and visa, oh Jesus

You don't need to unless you're proving citizenship.

Im right now giving info just in case because he doesn't have much evidence different than what he sent.

@Jess&Andres

also send again the evidence you already sent too.

there were people in May like @K+D and more who were in similar situations, sometimes things get lost. And they're approved (one even got approved today!)

•passport bio page and stamps and everything just in case

•itinieries and boarding passes and receipts of whatever you can find. You taking money from ATM that's written in bank statements that shows the country!

•pictures

•letter from fiancé or anyone from the family you met there

•hotel receipts of any kind if you ever stayed in one

Sorry I'm talking about the page of the passport with the passport holders information (photo, name, passport number, etc). Make sure to include this with the pages of the passport that contain the stamps. I initially just sent the pages with the stamps and my RFE was purely for not including this page of the passport!

But like @Naes had said in my RFE it said I should include many pieces of evidence which I included initially like boarding passes, flight itineraries etc. So I included everything I sent initially plus more.

I'm sorry for jumping in, this time it's for me, they asked for the bio page of the petitioner only right?

Yes that is correct, sorry I did not specify. I am the petitioner. I did not include anything from my fiance's passport, at the moment his is empty. Hopefully that will change very soon!

I disagree with you on this. I have hired foreign software developers because I could not get local talent that could do the job. Currently there is a greater demand for technical workers than is available in this country. America often gets the best and the brightest talent from all over the world. This makes America stronger not weaker. There is a huge shortage of nurses in the US, without the H1B visa program, this need would go unfilled.

My great grandfather on my mothers side immigrated from Germany in 1910. My father's ancestors came from England in 1620. We are all immigrants. Legal immigration has been the life blood of America. In fact, we would not exist without it. People come to America looking for a chance to work hard and make something of their lives. This infuses America with talent and desire to work hard.

I am a Filipino nurse and I am planning to apply for a job after I get married to the love of my life. I hope I won't experience any racial discrimination at work because I do believe that we're all equal individuals with equal opportunities wherever we are in this world. Kisses and hugs to everybody. I really do think both ways are lovely, whichever way we chose. With working especially as a nurse! you'll be helping the country you live in!!

My fiance was admitted to the hospital right after we filed, and I traveled there; the diversity was incredible.. so many different people from different backgrounds; don't worry as long as you want to give, there will be people appreciating it! (I've got talked to in Indian(I believe it was), Arabic, Spanish and oh so many languages that I don't even understand what it was as I look a little bit of everything 😊)
