I was exaggerating when i said everything. But it feels like everything. I sent alot of evidence.

Photos, itineraries, letters both his and mine and translated documents, his birth certificate, 2x2 passport photos, phone logs, text messages. The only thing i didnt add was the passport stamps. But you are saying to add even the blank ones??? Okay.

But none of those are hard evidence for proof of meeting in the past two years.

They could only mean proof of ongoing relationship.

itineraries alone don't mean a thing because boarding pass and stamps would be the proof of actually taking that flight.

letters are just intent to marry.

photos can be from anytime and place.

phone logs and such just means you have an ongoing relationship - and even that's a maybe.

add a written statement, boarding passes, passport stamps and even maybe the whole passports copy (with the empty pages). Any receipts from restaurants you went or hotels you stayed.

Even though I wasn't using my passport as proof of citizenship, I sent my BC for proof, I still sent every page of my passport, including the front and back cover.

There are lots of NOA2s coming in mail without an update on case tracker.

Just to be clear, they have no problem with these: letters both his and mine and translated documents, his birth certificate, 2x2 passport photos, phone logs, text messages.

They don't want those again.

They are saying they lack sufficient evidence to support the claim that you two met in person within the 24 months prior to submitting. If you sent pictures did you date them? Do you have plane tickets of both you you flying together--you need a bunch of evidence putting you two in the same place on specific dates so they can check that box.

I would say send all that again plus anything extra that puts you two together at the same time and within the two year period. Rapid visa told me it helps to send pics with family members  and not just the two of you. They said if the family is included it tends to be thought of as a more genuine relationship if the family knows.

I dont have anything else with both of us together. I dated all the pictures.

So i shouldn't send all the pictures and letters again? Just other evidence i didnt send initially?

Well in this case I am screwed.  We lived together so no hotel receipts or anything like that.  Not to mention no restaurants in Brazil give out things like dinner receipts with both peoples names on it.  I figured photos, letters from my family to me (with her address), and my boarding passes to Brazil would be pretty solid evidence but it sounds like those don't count?
