Not sure what you mean. I-129F and I-130 marriage visas have NOTHING to do with H1B work visas. H1B is a way for tech companies to use low wage workers. Recipients of marriage/fiance visas can go to work almost immediately.   But anyway ... yeah I make plenty of $$ so there's no need for my fiancee' to work. Our kids are high maintenance and hopefully we can have 3-4 more. LOL.

I don't care for your personal matters at home. Of course you do whatever you want some woman just love being housewifes and there's no problem with that.

What I mean and how this visas also have a relation to it.

Fiancée = non american

american workers =definetely not the foreigner fiancés till 3-4 more years

as I said low wage would equal to abuse.

But no not all of those visas are going to low wage. Green card and h1b is not that different, one is immigrant and not all h1bs are trying to immigrate there.

Oh you do care about my home life, hence your insulting wisecrack about "housewife." You should be ashamed of yourself.

June 5th NOA1

RFE on Nov. 16th.

My RFE letter says they are requesting to send everything again. However,  I did not send my passport stamp pages the first time. Does missing one thing like this cause you to get an RFE? I did send all of my plane itineraries the first time.

Another question. My fiance says he can probably get an H2B visa to come in January. Would this cause problems, if my k1 visa is still pending? He would be here faster if this k1 visa takes longer?

I'm just growing impatient more & more.

It literally says to resend everything?

As far as passport stamp pages, my understanding is that if you are using your passport as proof of citizenship then yes all pages need to be copied and shown.

One thing for sure .. not enough info on here about RFEs.  Wonder if sending everything again means stuff was lost or they don't want to be specific.  RFEs make me sorta nervous as there's always disclosure issues by the recipient (not fessing up), or reports of randomness on the part of the USCIS folks.

One theme I have picked up is advice from peeps over the years:  do not complicate things by mixing in tourist visas/H2Bs/ marrying despite the I-129F ..... keep everything streamlined and simple.

I've never heard send everything again type of rfe, they might have really lost it or something happened. For your passport send all the pages of you are using it as your citizenship evidence. Especially if you use stamps as evidence.also using stamps additional to plane itineraries is always better.

as advised above don't mix visas up.

in some cases it just shows "being desperate" which I know everybody is in a way to be with their partner. But it can cause a red flag.

Oh ok everything as evidence.

yes send all passport pages with stamps even empty pages.

put all the info you put already and add whatever you can, as boarding passes (this show you rode the plane not an itinerary) some more pictures.

also a written statement from the beneficiary is definitely advised as they put it there also.

Don't forget meeting in person is the important part, so it should be the type of evidence that puts both of you in the same place.

Now I'm curious, what evidence did you submit demonstrating in person meeting? In other words, in that list, what did you send originally? That is what they are asking for not "everything".
