As someone that is hitting 170 tomorrow I can tell you I am very aggravated. Is it not enough? Have I not been patient enough? 

 

Trying to be positive. They should be picking up the pace on Monday. I’m june 9th so it should be my turn soon. Or not? What about the new advertised waiting period of 270 days ? 

 

Please, uscis. Just let me be with the man I love. It’s not my fault I was born someplace else. I’m still human. I promise.

@The Squirrel implied something like that just one page before this one. Check it out. 

 

I feel like the more complains they get they just knock the waiting period higher. So they don’t have to justify for being super slow and just say “within advertised waiting period” 

 

i mean remember how it used to be 150 days ? I went into this thinking the whole process would be 6-8 months back in June. Now I’m thinking if I get to move by March I’m incredibly lucky.

Its not a good day today but I will be more positive coming Monday! 

I’m hoping for many june approvals. 

We have to hang in here. The world is unfair. But we can’t let that take us down

We are all waiting for our approvals and anxious for it. Try to distract yourself this weekend like get a massage, listen to relaxing music or something like that. Your turn will come soon . All of us will be anticipating Monday but for now please enjoy your weekend and not think about this for now. Do this for your sanity.

Hey guys, 

 

Remember that its always when we get closer to the end that we have the less patience.. Especially after being used to see scans, updates etc.. This week is super long, Yes ! 

We did the 170 days already, it can't be much worst. Its the end of the tunnel. 

The activity here today is the proof of my point. Our NOA2 can fall any day now and this is why we got even more of these negative feelings created by the anxiety. 

 

IT WILL COME

IT WILL BE OK 

 

Have a wonderful weekend junies and others, let's go out, watch movies, eat good, go to the gym (for the Petitioners who just ate waaaay too much! Lol)..

How much I love when some of us positives goes down and others picks us up and this cycle is awesome, and something we don't get to see in our world where everything is a competition anymore. We are all moving to the same thing and thank you thank you for this time at least picking me up!! 

 

My thanksgiving on the other hand is about me mentioning Turkey and all my in-laws thinking I'm talking about the food....

Turkey is a beautiful country.  I had a wonderful time riding the hot air balloon in Cappadocia, going to the ruins in Ephesus and enjoying the Bosphorus Cruise Tour.

USCIS will simply move the “normal processing time” out so they are always within their window. Things will start to get better soon. 

 

Do not allow the process to distract from the reason for the process!!!  It doesn’t matter how long it takes. You will be in the arms of your loved ones. Just consider this a test. If the wait truly makes you consider quitting your relationship, how strong is your relationship?  If our relationships are true we will crawl through broken glass to once again hold our partners. The wait will end and that pot of gold will be there. Don’t let this process destroy a good relationship. Smile. Call and Skype. FaceTime, Viber,  what’s app, messenger, messages...hold your true love as close as you can. Every moment that ticks by is one moment closer. Keep the priorities straight. We are all here for a reason. Remember the reason, not the process.
