Nope that's a june case, got updated on August, approved on 11/14, or at least updated today as 11/14.

I have 50+ cases like this in April.. backdated..

 

I'm trying to solve this mystery, but believe even I want to react to my own post with a confused face 🤷‍♀️

Their system is f***ed up. Geez! So I don't rely on the app or their website anymore. I told my Fiance to look out for the mailman when he comes because maybe the letter from USCIS will be delivered to him without any notification, text or email. He set up a CCTV outside the door near the mailbox so he could monitor any letter/s delivered. Lol!

One of the reasons for backdating is to endure that the petition, at the later stages in the process, does not lose its place in the queue. Something minor was missing or the delay fell under a statutory exemption and it therefore retains an earlier approval date. Which Is also and occurrence with expedited cases as well.

You should sign up for USPS informed delivery! It's great, I get an email a day with a pic of correspondences that are arriving on that week.

They added another day to our timeline... It feels like the more days they touch in June the more days they add to everybody´s timeline. I know we all will be with our fiancés soon, but today being apart hurts a little bit more.

Have him register for informed mail on usps site. It sends an email everyday with a picture of the mail your receiving for the day.😊

Hmm what line? (I realized after writing this looked weird and sarcastic, I wasn't.. really asking what queue?, cause all rfe cases small or big don't lose its place.) 

 

There are 1000s of cases that are missing maybe one check of a box. 

 

And  this is only one from June, but not the only one. I have 54 just from yesterday that I realized this happened; rfe on 10/23 approved on 9/13.

 

they don't backdate things just because of rfe or anything, they can't create a document and write a different date. Simply that's fraud. 

 

And we already know they are accidentally changing numbers into rfe when we know that number was already approved. I am putting these as examples of why not to trust their system  

 

also expedite cases to, again as we saw get rfe and then get approval dates simply follow the timeline.
