My case is 3667.. They approved 3666 and 3669.. This makes me think that we are getting an RFE.. :(

Does not imply that. There are 10 on that list after me, but I'm no more worried about an RFE than I ever was. :)

YES!!!!!  They are going to rock it tomorrow because they are all happy they have Thursday off.

Okay, so I don't want to be the bearer of bad news...and maybe Trump will do things differently. But as a former Federal employee, under both the Bush and Obama Administration, I feel like I should let you in on a little insider information you guys might not be aware of. The day before every major holiday, the President sends an email to every government employee giving them part of the day off paid. The email would usually come an hour or so before the East Coast employees could leave, and a good portion of the day was spent wondering when we would get the email and how many hours we would get off.

I now feel ashamed of my former government employee selfImage result for guilty face

Brace yourself for this part--it is going to be frustrating and difficult. They DO NOT work the petitions in order. You have about an 85-90% chance (I have not done the full calculation) to see non-expedited petitions filed after yours approved before yours. You also have a decent chance to be approved before some that filed before you.

From my calculations, a general rule of thumb is approval within about 10 days when you see them really start touching your date or just after although keep in mind, some can take 24 or more days after that.

Assuming your calculations are correct, this is very useful info

I just want to know what their NOA 1 date was...I don't know how to find that.

Yeah, assumed the way they pick files might just be random if anything.

I did say I'd include all the date details of NOA1s etc in the full scan at the end of the day :-)

Yeahh.... My fiance is military and got a half day today. So I told him - hope that doesn't count for USCIS! His reply: If they are civilians they will only get 59 min early release. That's the earliest a government civilian could be released if their supervisor let's them.

So I'm still hoping there are some people working!

It doesn't matter at all if it was expedited or not, it is more than obvious at this point that they do not honor "expedite" as priority, but simply put them on top of the pile of that day, and do it first when that day comes up. Plain and simple.

Yes, unfortunately, that is an accurate statement. And not to mention that the office is probably at bare minimum staff this week and may even be until next week.
