I did a scan of 500 with my number being the last one.  There are 6 approvals today from June 6 filers in that scan!  It isn't me (yet) but it is exciting to see.

This is going to be a good day for June filers!

You requested an expedite on 8/4 and did an inquiry on 11/9.  How did you do the inquiry?  I keep getting the message that I am still within normal timelines so I can't file an inquiry.

When they changed the website to Sept 1 I did an inquiry and they had not responded yet. And yes they denied the expedite request from Aug.

Did you do the inquiry online at USCIS?  I cant get past the "your case is not old enough" screen...

Congrats again!

I did the inquiry by calling the USCIS but it only worked because the processing date on the website had been temporarily changed to Sept 1.

Damn I thought about doing the same thing, but figured they would just say there was an error and leave it at that.

That makes sense!  I am so happy for you!  Keep us in the loop as you move forward.  I hope NVC is quick for you.  I am going to Manila on December 9 to visit Rose and the kids.  This is so exciting.  I hope we get approved before I go!

I will keep you in the loop. I'm glad you're getting to see your family soon. Your approval has to be very soon.

So I just received an answer in regards to the inquiry that I've also submitted around that Sept 1 error and all it said in the email is that my case is being adjudicated and I should receive an NOA within 45 days, whatever the decision will be... Given my received date is June 5th, I hope it's not gonna take another 45 days haha but staying positive and waiting for it any day now. We can do this, guys!
